Our client needed to forgo the formality of normal contracting and on-boarding due to time constraints and was looking for on-demand space from a warehousing partner in order to house products quickly. This client had engaged another warehouse provider but quickly exceeded their warehousing capacity. The problem was augmented as warehouse, that are usually already packed ahead of Chinese New Year, became even more scarce scarcer for new entrants into the market.
